Listen to Sirius while working? What Channel?

Hey All,

I listen to Sirius while I'm working, but I have yet to find a good talk show worth listening to. Any suggestions?

I usually end up on Octane (Heavy Rock).

Haecy rock while working? Hmmmm, is that why sometimes your attitude flares up like a pack of hemmoroids?
