A new idea...thinking outside the box

Hi All,

I've got an idea that I wanted to bounce around everyone and if ya'll are interested we can get this going early next week. It's more of a barter than a link exchange. My site is http://debauchery.com ... 99% of the traffic to this site is from Google.

Here's how it would work:

You put a hard link to my site on your site.

I put a text link to whichever of your clients that you choose on Debauchery. Please look at the text links that we have on Debauchery, your link would be just like that.

Where your link is placed would be based on:
1) Where on debauchery you want the link...ie if you're advertising an amateur site, you'd probably want in in my amateur category. Some sites you may want to put on my index page.
2) The page rank of the page that you are linking back to me from. If you have a page rank of 4 your ad will go right below my text links above the free sites
- if your page has a pr of 3, you will go in the next block which will be listed after the 1st 25 free sites
- if your page has a pr of 2 then you'll be below the 2nd block of 25 free sites

To see an example of where your ads will go, check out the index page of debauchery and the amateur page, I've put tables there with some text and the word "bartered" in each one.

The number before and after the text in each table is the pr that your site would have to get your ads listed there.

This would be a permanent exchange. If you want to change your text ad out periodically, that'd be fine. At first, I would put all the text links up manually. If there becomes a need, we may run them thru our ad server and let each person change their ad as often as they wanted.
