Yes, another post asking for advice.

Ok, here is my first real website. It is not completed and only the photos link works. I am not trying to spam, just simply looking for any criticism or advice.
I am trying to keep it simple, after all it is a free site for all those cheap bastards out there.
Any advice on placement of sponsor ads or rearrangement of the site would be helpful.

Also, I would like to know if this is a site that would be accepted by GreenGuy. I don't have my warning page yet, but I will once the site is up and running.

This is the place to ask for advice, and we are happy to give it.
What exactly are you trying to build? If your trying to build a freesite to get listed at lor or richards realm you should check out the types of sites that get listed at http://link-o-rama.com
If your trying to build a general site you should figure out what type of site you want to build Ex hub tgp linklist blog toplist etc....
What you should think about doing is start building freesites on a folder of your domain Ex http://slutylinks.com/slutyfreeporns...itchesfucking/
Then you can list all the freesites you make on your root domain http://www.blunkies.com/ This would be considered a hub.
This is a good way to get started.

My general goal is to make a free site but try to get surfers to sign up for the VIP site, which would be listed on an AVS site. And to click my sponsors of course.
Would this be considered a tube site, I am not exactly sure what is meant by "tube sites".

A tube site is like youtube, embedded flash videos.
What you need to do is make a plan of what your going to do before you do anything.
You could put an avs site on your root domain, but if you put it on sub folders like blunkies.com/creampieavs/ you could make multiple avs sites and promote them with multiple freesites. I work for netverifier and most of our webmasters put their avs sites on a sub folder or sub domain. They usally keep some sort of niche related hub on the root domain. When you make an avs site the goal is to sell it like a paysite. You are allowed a few sponsor links on you avs member pages but the sales from those pages are far and few between. Whatever you decide to do, you will need a constant flow of traffic to make sales. This is why i suggest you learn to make freesites to drive traffic to your sponsors or avs sites. If you need help with making an avs here is my work icq 385344841. I wont be in the office till monday morning though.

That's pretty much the plan I had in mind. I want to have some free sites that lead to avs sites and hopefully convert some sales.
I had a site about 5 years ago and I am pretty sure I made every foolish decision possible. I realized very quickly that traffic is a bitch. By that time I had already built my site and spent a lot of money when I did not need to.
I want to make about a dozen free sites with different niches and then concentrate on the ones that produce the most traffic.

Reboot. Put a blog in your root directory. That makes adding content much easier. From there, you can make it "hand written" if you want to write the posts and get it listed in more places, or, you can put it on rss feed autopilot. I like the autopilot versions because I like building blogs more than writing posts, but I have two or three hand-written also.

Then build free sites and tgp galleries in subdirectories, and every time you submit a free site or gallery, put a link to your root blog on it. The thing about getting youre root page listed on a site like LOR is that you only have one root page. With the number of submits that link lists get, you will soon be at the bottom and getting little traffic. Thats why you build free sites and galleries in subdirectories because you can have fuckall millions of them. Submit one a day to your favorite link lists or TGPs. The traffic will flow. Depending on how you work your blog, you may get it listed with places like hoes, tommy, cleo etc and also get traffic like that.

All the stuff Hashbury said is god's own truth, I just wanted to add in that blogs are ideal for domain roots. You can put the AVS under the blog, just like free sites and galleries. Use the domain for everything you can.

http://www.teenage-tube.com is a tube site. I built it because I didnt have one, Nubiles gives you the script for free and I saw somebody else's that used the same colors and just had to have one. The cool thing is, even though he and I use the same template, we used different sponsors in addition to nubiles, so we have very different content. These sites update themselves from nts or xml feeds the sponsors provide. You don't need lots of banners because everything on them is already advertising.

Looks like I need to start reading tutorials on making a blog. I am a new and very inexperience webmaster, which I'm sure you can see. I don't think I have even visited more than half a dozen blogs in my life.

Just for practice, you can put a blog in a subdirectory of your website to get the hang of installing and running one. Better yet, just ask your host to set up a subdomain for you (like blog.blunkies.com) and set up a trial and error blog there. Wordpress is simple to install, but you need a database (you probably can create a database in your control panel).

As they said, don't use a freesite for linklists on the root domain, go blog or something else instead. Then you can make as many freesites as you want in subdirectories. Please note linklists only accept freesites that follow a very rigid structure, which you're close too but not quite. See my how to create a freesite for adult linklists.

I'm still working on more content, and have some more loaded now. I am staying away from making a link list, there are enough of those out there.

Should I change my "Photos" link to "Galleries", or does that matter. I notice that everyone has "Gallery 1", "Gallery 2" etc.. listed on their main pages. Or will my current setup be good enough as long as I have free pics and videos.
I am trying to keep it a little different. I noticed that a lot of the free sites listed look fairly similar. I want to make this an actual free site, where surfers get a fair amount of free content, but not too much so they won't want to click the sponsors or sign up for the avs site.
