Affiliate Program Tools?

Hello there

Background: SoCalGlamourGirls has been actively LIVE since February 2009. We recently launched an affiliate program using CC Bill. The site has exclusive content updated daily. All "free content" is either SFW or BSFW. We have launched a VIP program with a 50% rev share program. We also have a 20% tier for pay-to-unlock & cams.

Our content is not hardcore... it is more first time topless models.

Issue: Our stuff isn't converting as well as I think it should (but I may be bias). I just took over the affiliate program and switched from 30 day cookie setting to 255 (wish is the max CC Bill will allow). I am of the belief that if someone sends us traffic they should get paid.

Any suggestions on how to improve it? Are there any affiliate tools out there that I should be using? Thank you in advance for your help! It is greatly appreciated!
