Does anyone else feel like it's double dipping when a sponsor program uses a separate billing solution (Payoneer, Paxum, Epoch)?

The sponsor is already taking a cut, most of the time no lower than other sponsors that do their own payouts in house, and then the billing company takes a cut too. Seriously?!
