Saturday May 18th (aka Oy Vey)

Morning!

The Bitch was helping my mom take a shower yesterday when my mom started to fall getting up from the shower-chair. The Bitch's basically threw her body into the path & my mom landed right on The Bitch's knee, so they both went down

To make things worse, I was down at my stepdaughters & neither had their phones with them in the bathroom, so it took The Bitch a good 15-20 min to stand up & make her way to the living room to call us. My stepdaughter took her to the ER & thankfully it's only hyperextended and she's home til she can call her knee doctor Monday. My mom's fine. Anytime she falls, she goes down easy for some reason - it's almost like it's slow motion. So now I have 2 people in my house that can't get up on their own

So I'm not sure what's going on today, but I really don't see getting a lot of work done with double the usual distractions

...because it's all about ME!

Sorry to hear about that Greenie. I hope The Bitch and your mom are better soon.

This weekend is a long weekend here in Canada. It's also the weekend that people traditionally do crap outside like get out the summer furniture and clean their yards. That will be me in a few minutes. Other than that, it's practice my trumpet and maybe watch a movie tonight.

Greenie, hope your lovely wife heels quickly as she is such a giving person to so many!

Had a good time at the vineyard even though it was pouring rain. Caves and tents were a little cramped but still a good time. I even drank what would of been a bottle of pricey bubbly.

Long drive tomorrow and the early part should be interesting on the freeway with thunder and lightning storm expected but at least by the time I get back home it should be sunny/windy.
