Of course I would have to do a better keyword job and include meta tags, but assume this is done.

Sure. Only one dynamic operator in the url, should be no problem.

If there are any uncommon words in there, like "wang", then the _ may prevent the url from matching in search queries, at least in Google. You can see this going on also in Google image, where a search for "sandra bullock nude" will match sandra-bullock-nude.jpg but probably won't match 434w_sandra_bullock_nude.jpg. It'll partially match 345w_sandra-bullock-nude.jpg but Google will consider 345w_sandra to be one word.

Right now, Google doesn't regard _ as a space. To G, 345w_sandra looks like 345wxsandra. If the embedded word is an obscure word/name, Google won't recognize it embedded in the string.
