Help needed - Paysite FAQ's

We have started putting a list of FAQ's together for 'For The Girls'

We are looking for someone that already has a list of commonly asked questions (and answers of course) that would be happy to share them with us
(we are willing to pay a reasonable price)

At the moment we have had a few questions regarding problems with videos and plugins which we have addressed on an individual basis, but we would really like to be able to offer a (troubleshooting) guide to some of the more common problems that occur, including (but not limited to):

Downloading content (pics and movies) in various browsers
Problems experienced by AOL users
Problems (and solutions to problems) created by firewalls, anti virus programs, Windows SP 2
Problems experienced by Mac users
Problems playing movies (common errors )

Also, a list of (recommended) plugins and where to get them would be very helpful
