Instead of being paid a fixed price per signup (say $25) the sponsor will give you 50% or some percentage and if the surfer renews each month you continue getting the 50% per the terms of the program - if the surfer stays for 6 months you get 50% of the monthly rebills for 6 months - sharing the money the sponsor makes

Just read the terms real well to know how long the rebills get paid for
