Google PR questions / TGP Question

OK i have a TGP http://www.phatsluts.com that is (according to google toolbar) ranked at PR4.

How do I tell which keywords it is ranked at the best etc?

Also the site is still small as far as traffic (3k a day or so) I have TM3 on it, is the best way to just add a ton of trades to get it boosted?

I have never been able to get this site over 5-10k and i just started it back up recently but the site has a desent PR rating. I am a novice to this PR shit so any advice, links you can give me on it would be great because it will help with my link list sites too.

EDIT: Actually just checked again and according to the toolbar its a PR5.
