Fed up! Frustrated! Directory problem with my freesite

Ok so I uploaded a freesite and can't get any of the damn images or banners to show up. It's probably a dumb mistake somewhere but I can't figure it out!

I uploaded my index, main, gallery1, gallery2 files so I have this:
http://www.adultpornos.net/teen1/nubilesex1/

Did the same for my mirror pages:
nubilesex2
nubilesex3
nubilesex4

I uploaded all my content to teen1 cause I don't want to upload it all to each directory.

Code looks like like this and images won't load: <img src="teen1/imagenamehere.gif">

I thought the images should show up being as they are in directory teen1. Guess not?

When I put an image in nubilesex1 it works kinda defeats the purpose though....

What am I doing wrong here? Or should I just upload all my content for each folder nubilesex1, 2, 3, 4???

note the leading slash before teen1
