What SE traffic can I expect from this domain

I've got www.freeteensex.tv registered and the plan is to start a fake tgp of all teen galleries ofcourse.

I went to overture and type in
"free teen sex" and got 30397 for that phrase.

So basically if I layed my site out properly for the se's could I expect some SE traffic??

You could get some, but not necessarily a lot.

Search engine traffic has become a fairly complex game, and just optimizing the pages of a single site usually won't get you that far.

And "free teen sex" is too generic a keyphrase, and, one that a lot of other people have built for.

Since you are looking at the overture listings, I suggest going further down the list, picking terms with fewer searches, and building pages for those. Much easier to get a stream of traffic going for less common searches, and easier to make sales to those less common searches too.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't also work on the "free teen sex" keyphrase, just don't depend on it...

as Bill said SE game is not so easy and you will have to do much more than just build pages with proper keywords its tuff work but eventually it will pay off as long you dont give up after few month of almost 0 results, beside with all google filters for new domains its one long ride until you reach something usefull you could try some yahoo optimization but by looking at your site now you almost dont have any chance to get good SE traffic , you need to do much much more to get it to front pages of SE
not just 1 text and full page banner and dont be fooled that G & Y will give you traffic just because you puted their links on your site

that's not exactly how it works, the domain name is just one part in the SEO process. the domain dadfsasfdsaf.com could rank higher than you on the term "free teen sex" easily.

Though there are 30k searches, you of course wont get them all, and even less as you move down the ranks. As said, better to go after many keywords, rather than just one phrase.

Not to mention, why go after a phrase with free in it? What type of traffic will it be? Most likely freeloaders just looking for more free porn they dont have to pay for. Not to say you could use the traffic is other ways, I'd rather go for the people that might buy something..

you can certainly expect a nice amount of traffic for that keyword but it is hard work and you may use a good SEO for that

mrenaud - first off - that domain was parked over at SEDO before you bought it - and recieved one (1) click in the last 30 days from type-ins/visitors to SEDO.
Remember that type-ins really only apply to the dot.com version of a domain - just means if you type in the name in IE without the extension you will automatically go to that domain - same as with AOL.

For those overture searches make sure to be careful of what you search for - for that phrase without quotes (which is the primary way surfers will type it in) - I get 999 a day searched on Overture last month and 2143 a day on Wordtracker.
Now look at the number of results in Google for that phrase without quotes - 6,380,000 - that gives you an idea of how many pages you have to be better than with your page - not impossible - but I will tell you that in the top 100 I saw Persian Kitty, Greenguy, Tommy and a few other sites that while you could definitely outrank them if you did it right - it may take a little while
I dont want to discourage you, as I know someone that was told they couldnt rank for "sex" and they are doing it now and laughing at the person that told them they couldnt. (no I didnt tell anyone they couldnt LOL)
However, I would start by building up your TGP as you intended, with that phrase as a backbone to the pages - dont get carried away with it so it looks like spam, but just a nice sprinkling of it - and start doing some link trades - by this I DONT mean the traffic trades you will probably do to build quick traffic - I mean good hard link trades (no cgi/pl/etc in a trade script) from reputable sites (these are best obtained by hanging around a board like this)

As you get link backs to your site you will see your rankings increase (although I dont know if you will run into a penalty as the domain has been owned before - depends on what the previous owner did with it) - watch your logs to see how your visitors are finding you - and expand on those phrases, while adding more content pages to the site (archives/category pages etc.)
As you build this site you will see other variations of your keyword develop and you may find that you start ranking for something a little less competitive than the free teen sex phrase - but the funny thing is you may see it bring more surfers your way daily.

Last - dont ever pay anyone to SEO or submit your site to Search engines or adjust your pages as they are all full of shit and are ripping off site owners left and right - just come back here for advice or if you want even bigger horizons we can recommend some free places to find even more info

I agree, I would never trust someone (other than my punaniman of cos) for paid seo. In my opinion if they are so good at it they could make so much doing their own stuff, why would they sell their secrets? And I mean in this biz more so than main stream. For very large mainstream sites there are reputable seo firms that are worth going with, punaniman turned down a job with one of the top ones here not long ago, for the above reason lol.
