HI I just started a new free site for a lot of my affiliate programs. I actually own an amateur pay web site! SO this is the first free site I have done.

My question is:

If I build galleries out of content I purchased..since I do not want to use my amateur exclusive content to move traffic to my new free site.

Would this be wrong??? and considered cheating....?

I just want to be honest and not be seen as doing anything under handed or cheating other web master.

I have linked to some other tpg and want to do thing in an honest and fair manner with trading traffic.

If you're asking if you have to use your exclusive content only on your galleries then no.

Save that for your members. maybe make some samples out of it but promote it with bought content until you have a lot of exclusive.

You'll be ok.

If you purchased a license to use the content on your domain, use it any way you see fit, although, there may be some rules in your license you should follow.

I was looking in to this the past few days also. From what I was able to understand and I could be wrong. If you use free sponser conten then ask them if they mind you have other adverts on the page. From my looking around most do. But since you are building free sites that still gives you the option of using your other pages to place up some of your banners on them as long as the sponsers content is not on those pages. IE your banner can go on your warning page etc. just not the gallery page. Now if you purchased the content. I would see no reason there would be a problem as to how you use it. But I would look over the contract, I don't think content providers would be pissed if you used the stuff for free sites. They just want a sale like anyone else without being ripped off. Now if the content is exclusive, then heck man I really see no issue with it, exclusive is exclusive. But if its not then its most likely all over the place and placing it on a free site, well who knows but i would think the provider would care less as the stuff is everyplace. When I was shooting exclusive ment the customer got the negs also which was rare, most shooter felt they would be able to sell the work a 2nd and 3rd time which is some cases was true. But exclusive now adays with the net? I don't how it can really be enforced or controled. Once you place it up on your site you would be hard pressed to find out if someone is using it elsewhere unless someone else told you about it.
Now if you told the provider that you would be using the content inside your pay site an you are using it for free sites? Depends how you look at it, if you have pictures of black women for example on your gallery and when they join all your content is Japanese you will have an issue.

If its amateurs selling an amateur site for example then you have no problems :-) thats just good business
