Yahoo chat bots - count as spam?

Hi,

I just played literati to improve my language on yahoo games, and a chat bot just started to talk on the room about i should go to see her in his private room.

I think it's unfair, and spam. Why not yahoo fill a record about the spammers? That kind of marketing how effective? (I'll never do such a thing, im just intrested, and im sad becouse it's an unfair method to gain users)

What the moral says then, the webmaster with good karma should report that for the affilates, or that's unfair too? And will have bad karma after that? What you guys thinks?
