Looking for help with site changes

First let me say hi to everyone I'm new around here and a friend told me this was the place to meet the right people! So hello everyone.

I have a toy site and I still dont know how everything I need about all the programs that are installed. I'm looking for someone who knows the ins and outs for x-cart gold, cpanel, and Fantastico.

1. I'm looking for someone who can help woth batch uploads of items.
2. Someone who can help me upload banners to my site.
