color schemes

Not sure where to post this so I thought this might be allright. I was trying to find a list of color schemes for different freesites. Example black and red for BDSM, pink and blues for teens, etc.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if such a resource exists.

I always have trouble with colour schemes too and have found the following links helpful:

Also, what I did on my last free site is take a screenshot of the paysite I'm promoting and open it up in Photoshop, then select the colours of the pay site I'm promoting to base my freesite around.

Hopefully, it provides an almost seamless transgression to the surfer. We'll see if it works!

I tend to use the same or similar colors to what's on the tour of the site I'm promoting - I feel that it gives the surfer a comfort level when there's a flow to things.
