I live in russian , and I have 3 adult website .I want use adult merchant for my website but ccbill not agree for russian .

Can you said for me how can I take adult merchant for my website ??
OR i have frend in turkey , what i need to sigh up for CCbill ( scan pasport , phone ...)
if the man can help me , I will give him website free adult traffic ( I buy ) .
