Looking for hard link trades

Im looking for hard link trades for main, category and submit pages.

I know I have a new site, almost zero surfers and submits, and cant be too picky. But Im going to be anyways... I would rather only have 5 link trades with good sites (IMHO) then 100 link trades with not so good ones (also IMHO). Some people may think this is out of line and erogant but I want to be picky right from the start about my link trades to avoid any regrets down the road.

So... here are a few things Im looking for in a link trade partner;

1.) Your site must list public submissions. No all sponsor content sites.
2.) No pop-ups, spyware, etc...
3.) Your site must be nice looking and relatively surfer friendly (easy to surf).
4.) I dont want to trade just main page or submit page links. I will only trade when at least some of my niche / category pages are involved too.
5.) I dont want to trade with anyone that will put my link in the middle of a table with 100 other link trades. I dont mind being stuck in the middle of a table with other links but I would rather trade with other sites that are a bit picky about who they trade with (not that Im deserving...).
6.) We dont need to trade main or submit page links. If you just need some cat page trades we can do that too. I have 63 different categories and can match up just about anything except for fetish and gay (i just have 1 "fetish" and 1 "gay" category).
7.) New sites (like mine) are ok. Im not expecting to trade hard coded links with Link O' Rama and Cleo's here... just nice ones that arent at the bottom of someones priorities list.

I will do non recipricated link trades if you have more than 1 link site. Where I link to yoursiteA and you link to me from yoursiteB. But only if both your sites are nice sites.

Your courage is great and you deserve respect for your effort to fire all the cylinders from the very start. But this way you are risking to get no link trades whatsoever and you are sure to feel uncomfortable, when you have to open up another thread in a day or two and say 'Oh! I have changed by link trading policy...'

This is really 'out of line and erogant' as you say.

Anyway! I don't give a shit about arogance, so I would shoot you that email If I wanted to trade with your site. But I'm sure there will be webmasters who won't send you this email only because they wouldln't really like those multiple link trading criteria their sites have comply with, just to trade with your absolutely new site, which is not even guaranteed to get indexed by major SEs as yet.

I dont want to sacrifice my long term goals because I was over anxious about getting link trades at the beginning. It doesnt do me any good down the road if I trade with 50 sites that are neglected, that list only sponsor content or that arent optimized in any way for the search engines. I dont want to look back and wish I had done things differently a year or two from now.

You say erogance, I say long term planning (and erogance).

The criteria arent going to change though... I want link trades that will benefit my site long term and eventually I will benefit them also. Daily Porno Post is brand new, still a baby, I have alot of work ahead of me and plenty of time to do it. And a year or two from now I want to be able to look at my link trades and be happy with them. Erogance? Yes. Wishful thinking? Probably. Going to change? Nope

Anyways, thanks for the input. I know exactly what youre saying and Im probably making a mistake. But I gotta do things the way I think they should be done. Im looking at this site as a long term project and not something thats going to reach its peak overnight.

I was walking into the gas station and I saw some green on the ground at the curb about 5 feet from the entrance. It was partially covered by some leaves and dirt and looked like it had been there for a while. Every red blooded American knows money green when they see it and this was almost definately it. I hesitated for a second and considered that it would be embarassing if I picked it up and it turned out to be the wrapper of a sucker. If it was only a dollar would it be worth suffering the possible embarassment? I said hell with it and picked it up. I un-krinkled it and it was a $50 dollar bill. As I was sticking it into my pocket I wondered how many people walked by that krinkled up money green object on the ground and were too shy or embarassed to pick it up.

The lesson of this story is... I forget... I bought some beer with that $50 bucks and now Im stinkin drunk. Oh yeah! Find some money and buy some beer. It makes you happy
