What is wrong with this ad?

Could you take a look at this advert (this is not spam, there is no way to buy from this page, it is a copy of one of my eBay listings):

Now can you tell me: did you realise it was an advert for a text link on my website, or did you think I trying to sell an eBook?

The reason I ask is that I cannot understand why eBay keep removing a listing that begins "This auction is for a text link advert..." because they think it is an auction for an eBook.

The real killer is that I complained, and got (to my surprise) a reply saying "'I have reviewed your items and it appears the item in question was removed by mistake ..... you will need to relist the item'. So I relisted it. Today I got an email from eBay suspending my account because I relisted it !!!!!!!!!!
