Plugin that fixes wordpress rss feeds

Ok I'm a little ashamed to say this, but I found a useful plugin on ANOTHER BOARD
I looked useful so why not share it with you guys

Anyway, here's what the post said:

It will basically remove the [content:encoded] tag from wordpress rss feeds, which is good because several pieces of software out there won't parse anything inside those tags, one of the main ones being rss2blog

so, if you want any of these users being able to use your feed, install this plugin

I tried the link Fonz and get an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_filter() in /home/justjace/public_html/full_rss_descriptions.php on line 19

I feel it should be noted that this fixes a problem that RSS2blog and a few other feed readers have because they do not parse the content:encode tag and could actually cause problems for other people like myself who do use an aggregator that is capable of processing that specific tag.
