Open sponsor in new window or not?

target="_new" or not? what is the best thing? Give opinions.

Upside, the surfer don´t have to leave your site and can browse other paysites that might interest him/her.

Downside, window isn´t opening in fullscreen and might be seen as a "popup" and closed faster.

also, if it´s opened in fullscreen the surfer might be more attracted to the site. What is more important? Letting the surfers browse the paysites quicker or give them a fullscreen view of the paysite tour?

opening the paysite in fullscreen might take the surfers mind of the freestuff they were looking for before.
