Since we have something I figured I'd start this thread, but anyone is welcome to add a post on this thread about their own Halloween promo items. That way anyone looking for Halloween items can find everything here.

Okay, to start things off...

HAPPY HALLOWEEN FOR ADULTS (preview)

This a Halloween-themed sex stories and humor site. The site contains nine halloween- or horror-themed sex stories and a poem, a BDSM horoscope generator, a kinky tarot reader, plus some assorted twisted humor and weird images. Not really any naked pictures, but that's not the idea for this promo.
