Hi,

My namie is Nino and I started with my girlfriend a new webcam site with her only as a model. I bought traffic but no clients, no MONEY.

This website was a test, because I have 26 models who want to work as performers. They are my friends and they wanted to work for me. I didn't start with them because I wasn't sure about the success. So now my solution to continue in this business, is to work for an adult webcam compagny like :
Imlive.com, jasmin.vom, cam.com, flirt4free.com,etc....

with my 26 friends. Them as performers, me as a studio.

And I need absolutly your HELP, because my success depends of the help of People.
I need your experience in this business.

I want to know :
My models can ban their own country for privacy and discretion?
How much get a studio?
How much get a model?
Which compagnies are serious?
Which ones are not?

1) Yes, if they can't then the site has some bad software/design. Keep in mind, these banning countries is done off a database. Most of the time the site has to either pay for the DB updates or just get the free one which is about 90% ok. But also keep in mind there are ways around it.
2) A few years back it was a 50/50 for payments. I know of some studios who would charge a fee to the hosts for cashing their checks. The fee was based on the amount. IE:10% on $100 25% on $1000.
3) Most websites are all serious. It costs a lot of money for the software, traffic, WM program etc. It's the new ones I would just test out with 1 model for a short period. But the big ones LJ, IML. You wont have much problems with. It's all about the traffic and how the model works the customer. She must treat every chatter as someone with money. Even if they are assholes. Remember something, even rich people are shitheads.
4) Don't know of any bad companies, like I said it's all about testing. I honestly have not heard of any sites not paying hosts over the last couple of years. The girls weed them out fast. But some tips are, stay away from companies that require the hosts to make way to much money before there is a payout. Most sites the hosts must make a minium of $50 to $100 before they will sent a check. And that's for every pay period.

One thing you can do to help increase your own money, is to make some freesites of the hosts and promo them. If you can get some traffic and sign ups it's a good deal, you not only get the money from the show the host performs but you also get the extra sign up $ from the websites WM program.. I will finnaly be getting some time and doing this for my wife.

Contact the companies you mentioned, and ask them about their policies, as well as what you can mutually offer each other.

What we try to do with our own models is simply explain to them that if they wish to appear on the web, they have to cope with the idea that their image (still or video) can appear even if there is a very small possiblity. I have never had any problems recruiting girls for that matter.

SO I don't want to have my own website with my own system. I want to work as agent (or studio) which get commissions on each model I "employ" to be a performer for a big compagny.

Then thats different. I have been working with Ifriends for at least 5 years in the past. They are good but very hard to work with administration wise. At the time everybody was making money since there wasnt too many models online (about a hundred) now they are over 2000 24h/24...

Now the problem with ppl opening studios and working as an agent is that the income you will do at the end might not be too lucrative for you. If you have to split 2.00$ a minute into i.e. IFriends, a model, yourself and the studio expenses you might end up with a very irrelevent source of money.

You need equipment, programming support, space and cameras in order to operate 26 models at a time. Would you have your models working from home or exclusively into your studio?

I have heard good things about flirt4free conversions. I think what you need to check out is the number of models, the prices (is it by the minute, or do the clients buy credits/tokens?) the quality of the video stream; do they have a live free chat where models appear in order to bring costomer into pvt-vip chat? ARE the models OFTEN IN PVT MODE? Maybe signing up to their affiliate program would help you have an idea on the conversions (but you have to promote them properly in order to convert)

Just dont forget; as big as a site might be and have lots of traffic, if there is too much models online, it will make it harder for yours to take a place among the crowd and convert well.

On the other hand, I dont know how other sites and/or companies might renumerate you as an 'agent' to recruit girls, usually the cut that the girl is supposed to get is divided between you and her trough an arrangement you have agreed with your model OR you can just not pay her a cut but a hourly wage.

Look this is simple. If you want the two biggest traffic sites out there today. IMLive and Livejasmin. I know 1st hand as my wife works all of the sites you list here other then IMLive (she has worked for them in the past and maybe working for them again, soon). From what we see. LiveJasmin has a ton of models and a ton of traffic. A lot of the traffic is crap beggers but still to this day its the site she brings in most of her $$ with. She will average around $300 to $400 per pay period with the other sites but LJ is a consistant $2k. Have the girls work all the sites at the same time. I would not recommend purchasing your own software nor going with a company that RENTS you the software (most of the time when you role with companies that rent you can find the old sites that were using their product and they are no longer around for a reason). Before you go with any company you can search on the net about them. But you are basicly answering your own question. You know the sites already, just put the girls on them and have them start working. If you spend all your time trying to figure out who is best you will never make any money. What's best for my wife might not be best for your girls. But like I said the answer to your question, you already know. Stick with the big sites that have been around for over 4 years and you will do just fine. The traffic will be there, it's up to the girls to convert it.
