After one year not in the free site game, i've decided to push some free sites in the next period.

Looks fairly clean that would probably be listed on link sites, but since I can be anal....

What is the name of the free site? The warning page has "Mia Teen in Action" but the enter link is "ENTER SEXY TEEN MODELS"

Is she really teen? Seems a little older to me.

The problem with putting thumbnails on the warning page is, if she doesn't grab the surfer he'll just click Back and you've lost him. I would have clicked Back.

I'm also under the impression that a true 2257 page must list the custodian of record to be valid.

On your warning page ou've only got 2 links to sponsors. You might as well use your full allowance. Your exit link goes to google - I always advocate a money making non adult link like Prank Place or Warning Pages.
Only 6 recips - you can safely put in 12 or 15 or even more if you use text recips.
As Howling Wulf says your Enter link goes to a different name, not to your site name.
On your main page you've got a blind link - you don't mention the sponsor's name - I'd decline your site for this alone. Also, again, there are only 2 links to sponsors.
There's another blind link in Gallery 1.
All in all the site design is nice and clean but there's a lot of basics which need to be tidied up.
