Is there a program that allows your exchanged links on your page to be ranked by popularity and useage?

yah, i'd like to get info on this too. Kinda like the programs used on top listing sites. Most likely I'd use it on my content site to keep the most popular material on top.

Personally I use autorank from jmbsoft.com
