First pic in first gallery is 404, and I get hammered by some pay site and at least 3 pop-ups....

Thats has lots of effects..

1. It put me in a bad mood! - bad for the next sites to be reviewed!

2. It put this webmaster on a watch-carefully list, and put them at risk of being blacklisted

3. I tell my friends! who also own Linklists.


IMO doing that on a 404 page is surfer abuse.. especially when YOU make the error!

Now if there was a nice page saying "sorry there is a 404 error" I would email the WM and let them know they had an error, and would list the site when fixed.. now that is highly unlikely.
