Operating in the state of georgia
I've just moved here from California to sandy springs. I was interested in shooting content and operating a site in this state. Where would I find more info about operating in georgia? is that even legal here? What legal issues would i run into.

That's a good question. You should contact an attorney. I don't
know of any porn company located in GA. Most are in Florida, NC, New York... If GA is anything like Alabama, you may as well forget it! One cannot buy nor sell sex toys or porn videos in this state!

I know of a number of independent amateur sites that are located in the Atlanta area. Whether or not it's legal is an entirely different matter.
As far as I know southern California and New Hampshire are the only places where the issue has been ruled on by the courts. |
