Do AEBN video stream links count?

If I use AEBN to add streaming videos to the content pages,
do they count as outside sponsor links?

Such as this content page

(AEBN links at bottom)

Yes they would be considered a sponsor link

Also the mouse over on the page would make all links considered blind
