Lokks pretty nice. Some things I'd do:

dont mix portrait/landscape thumbs. remove everything concerning coments from the theme and make they are turned off in wordpress. Take the meta stuff off the front page. Remove the search box. Try to make it not scroll horizontally at 1024x768. .htaccess your admin area.
