Looking for a freesite submitter

Looking for someone who can submit 5 to 10 freesites monthly without breaking any rules, and that means "you can not assume that you can submit two a day because one site is not yours". Most link lists accept only one submission a day, and I wanted to clear than before I go any further.

This is not for me but for someone I might do work for. I am looking for someone who can submit to as many active link lists as possible, regardless of the size of link lists, as long as it takes and lists submission, it's good enough to be added to the list. No auto submission, only hand submits as we don't want to piss anybody off by disrespecting their rules. This is good for people who do not submit for themselves any more, or people who do not submit daily.
