Hey
I wanna make a page in wordpress, where ALL my posts are listed, just with the post title and the date where the post was posted? Is that possible some way?

Yes you can create a page template and edit it however you wish.

yes, its possible, you could create using some archive plugins, the one i use is SIMPLE ARCHIVE GENERATOR
