It looks to me more like a TGP/MGP foremost and a LL as a filler!

The sub form is structured as a linklist.

Who knows if it is still active? Lots aren't.

Ive submitted 2 or the free sites to it but havnt gotten any response at all.

Thats a bit too few.

Just put it on your mental list of "might be fucking lame". Keep an eye on it.

Lots of linklists outside of the standard list of reliables review slowly or sporadically. Some don't send notification.

I submitted a site to them a few weeks ago and am showing a little (<50) traffic from them.

It's been a while since I submitted there so I don't know if it's still active. I do remember that they don't let you know if your listed or not!
