Will swap 40+ perm links on good blogs for small php script

I am looking for someone who can code in PHP and java script.

I have a small link system i want to have made. Basicly i input links into the backend, then use a line of javascript to plug those links into a page.

The system will then rotate the links around on the page.

All the backend needs is a simple hit count on each link, and a add / remove link function.

I will swap permenent hardlinks on 40 of my free hosted blogs for someone doing this, a couple of examples:

http://webcambabevideos.sensualwriter.com
http://parispirelli.sensualwriter.com

Do a google search, got top spots for these keywords and lots of others - they will be nice links for you sitting up for the next 10 years - worth 5 or 10 hours of your time if you ask me.
