Online Bank that's not a thief?

It use to be that Bank Robbers referred to bad people robbing Banks, but the art has evolved to Bank Robbers coming to mean, Banks that rob their customers.

Anyone know of an on line Bank that doesn't erode your money with fees and fines?

My sights have never made much, but they always accumulated enough to hire the occasional model, or buy a chunk of content, as well as paying their own way. Now they have eroded my few hundred to negative, and are taking any new monies with fines. And, I can't find a local Bank that is honest.

I don't mind a reasonable minimum balance, but fees and their resulting fines are just highway robbery.
