(he'll screw that up on his one - so then 10 years in jail without computers) A 500 million Fine against anything he tries to buy or own, until that debt is paid off. Make him write a book and give the profits to help pay off his debt. Explaining that if you are a flippin script kiddie idiot over 18, your life on computers is done, finito! Get used to flippin' burgers and having half your wages going to pay your fine. Same for the rest of those idiots.
