Morning!

I'm off on my days of the week again. I coulda swore it was Saturday

2-3 feet (0.6-0.9 meters) of snow is on the way:

I don't have* to leave the house til Tuesday (♪♫ Voices Carrrrrrry ♫♪) so I'm debating NOT snowblowing until I absolutely have to

*We might walk up & tailgate before Saturday's game if the weather isn't too bad

So it's Friday & that means reports...right after I finish up Thursday's work

Morning

The snow storm was a bust with temperatures slightly above zero, it all turned to slush. It's supposed to freeze up later today so that may present it's own problems.

Just work at my desk today. Our daughter is coming for dinner tonight. She's a non-stop talker so it will be intense (but hopefully not tense).

Good Morning

Have back therapy today which is good because I started to do something stupid yesterday but thankfully stopped as soon as I noticed the back didn't like it.

Heating guy showed up and the system would not duplicate the issues it had been producing multiple times a day this past week

In running tests he did notice that the low gas setting was way over its range and the high setting was at the upper level of range so those were adjusted down in hopes that this was causing an overheating issue. Since then the system has not had issue so hoping this was it but kinda doubt it.

Wife is leaving for the weekend to visit family and our son is going with her so I'll be watching his cat. This is the only good situation due to my back. Then again, probably wouldn't have gone anyways due to World Cup matches on Sat & Sun.

Last semi-quiet day before the holiday beserkness decends. Sigh. The Husband is going over to his parent's tomorrow, so that might help a bit. We are out of town the 23rd, then at the in-laws on the 24th, and finally have peace and quiet on the 25th. I am not really planning on doing "normal" submits until the 25th.... simply too little time, too little energy, too many distractions. I'm doing okay - just throwing out the stuff that raises the frustration level. (Sitting here cutting thumbs this morning when The Cat decided she needed to be held and cuddled. She has never been a lap cat. Lately, I have only been able to work while she sleeps. Sigh.)
