Please take a look......

Hi All!

Only new to this and can tell you there are not enough hours in the day - to begin with I would give posting on TGP and see how that goes and then perhaps build a couple of free-sites, well the gallery I have created is here http://www.doublehelpings.com/jenny/jenny.htm
would appreciate some feedback and I have just about set it up so can I produce one of these a day, time permitting of course, just about everywhere I look it is a long waiting list for galleries to be posted after submitting so if anyone is willing to post these on their site that would be appreciated, of course if there is anything you think i should add or change I would be happy to! Thanks for your time guys......hope this hasn't

First thing I noticed is that all your "text" links are graphics. If I was you I would make some real text links (better for SE and stuff) and the surfers are going to click on those faster...

Thanks Fonz.....also what is the most common resolution used is it 800x600 or does 1024x768 exceed that - just asking cause the larger pics are fine (I think in 800x600) and in the larger resolution the pics of course are not as big.......are they big enough in 1024x768? Or should I increase there size? cheers

Most TGP's require the pics to be at least 500px on the long side. I f I was you I wouldn't use pictures bigger than 600px on the long side for a couple of reasons:

1. Saves you bandwidth (I know this isn't the right name for it Jim but I can't seem to find that newsletter with that "tips 'n tricks")
2. You don't have to "spoil" your surfers to much with those nice big pictures, you want to promise them better quality by clicking on your sponsor links
3. Reviewers don't like to review sites with really big pics because of the loading times and a couple of other things
