Convert from email

Any ideias to get convertion from an email opt-in

list?
This is not a bought email list, i'm building the

list my self, the visitors to my site are supplying

their email addresses on their own free will.

When they supply the email they are looking for an

answer to something i have in my site, i'm not

telling them that they will receive further emails

than the one they think, but i have a TOS and in

there it says that by supllying their email address

they will receive further emails.

I have a way to opt-out them so there's no problem

with that.
The emails i have ( and will have a lot more ) are

from visitors all over the world, every country!

So tell me : how do i convert with this kindaof

list ?
