I'm getting an error while trying to submit

I'm trying to submit the following site and it's telling me "reciprocal link required". I have a GreenGuy BBW recip on there. Why is the script not recognizing it? I tried to submit twice.

I got impatient and tried a third time and it worked.......must be script gremlins or something.
