Text link under a banner -- counts as one or two?
For those of you who have a three-outbound-links rule, does a text link directly under a banner count as two links or one?

If the text link is directly beneath the banner and applies to the banner then it counts as 1 for me.

If it's directly under the banner - 1 link.
If it's seperated by a <hr> or something like that, it's 2 links.

I count the text above and below a banner as one unless it's obvious that the submitter is going for two different advertisements.
