Anyone heard from Acacia?

Saw this on another board and wondered if anyone here had any contact form them.

Has any one received any Certify e-mail lately?

It seems acacia is up to its old tricks of calling and now mailing webmasters Via certify mail in order to intimidate them to pay for something that is free. The Case is not even finish and they are starting to demand payment.
