Can you point me to the sig rules?

I'm trying to locate the rules on sigs, sizes, etc..., can anyone point me in the direction of it?

I'm trying to find out if I can add another line and link under my current one. Thanks.

Click on the "Board Rules" on the bottom of the board. They are included there. They are just a copy of the rules people agree to when they sign up.
