The one thing that stands out is that on the 2nd page at 1152 wide, the top banner is not lining up anywhere near where I think you want it to be.

In fact, all of your pages look very different at different res's

It is a stats script, but on my own server. The server stats themselves are in process of being revamped.

Javascript of any sort is a good way to get your sites rejected these days. You probably don't want to work it like that.

I have some trouble seeing these things obviously. I gotta redevelop an eye. I updated the site, can you recheck it? I made everything into absolute pixel values.
