could someone check this for me

I've got a ghost writer lined up to write reviews for Tijuana Tonight he says when he tries to register he gets a blank screen.

He's using AOL could that be the problem?
If so how do I fix it?

I do not use AOL and I used Windows XP w/ SP2 and IE6
