search engine optimization tools

hey everyone

I am trying to make sure I am using rich text and a few keywords on my index page, however I would like to check my page to make sure I have not over used my keywords. Are there any free site optimization tools to check with ?
Most of them I have seen are for sale and I don't feel like buying more useless software.

I know this is not what you need but I use those two regulary:
A Typo Generator: http://www.seoconsulting.de/cgi-bin/typo-generator.cgi
(for obvious reasons)
A domain to ip tool: http://www.seoconsulting.de/seo-tools/domain-to-ip.php
(very helpful when you do bigger link trades)
