Movie free sites: What do you use to edit videos?
Hi, like in the title? I wonder what are you doing to decrease quality of movie clips?
For example I have downloaded MPEG movie in 640 resolution and wanna make it 320? Waiting for tips, blind

adobe premiere - working great for me. expencive, but if you're going for a free one try out Wiagra Video Effector or Virtual Dub

I can now put whatever I want in this space :P

I consider Sony Vegas to be a pretty complete usefull-overall video editing tool. Not as fancy as premiere, but easy to use and highly modulable.

Live and learn. And take very careful notes!

i use windows media encoder, it makes good vids things, last time i made an 2.5mb movie to 350kb and still good quality
