Streaming video issues on News Sites

I have had this issue with more then one site and have had it for a while; can anyone suggest what the deal is or how to fix it?

Watching “Day with a Monkey” (do watch it if you can, it’s a riot) I can see the “commercial” at the start with no issues, but as soon as the video that I want to see starts, it locks up on the first frame and the audio continues to play just like nothing is wrong.

CNN, MSNBC and many other news sites I go to and this happens to them all. I have tried different browsers, made sure I had the most updated WMP and I also know I am not the only person who has this issue, but I don’t know what it could be.

Suggestions?

Plays fine in Safari on my Mac.

It played fine for me, as did that commercial with Shak.
