newbie question re: ccbill decline.

Hello everyone,

i hope someone can help (and i hope this makes sense). I've come across a real problem and i'm having a right old panic...

I've just designed a site for a female escort. Her previous site (which is still up and running with no problems) was far more explicit in it's descriptions than the site i have designed. I basically took the information on the previous site and toned it down for the new site.

Yesterday I applied for an account with ccbill. I have just recieived an email saying that my application has been declined. I can't understand some of the reasons they have given (as i said, the old site was far more explicit).

Here are the reasons they gave....

AUP violations

Comment: The model lists (under "services") specific sexual services that she offers ("facials, oral, strap-on" etc.) Rates for services are mentioned, though not listed directly on this site (available through another site).

The old site lists the rates and also has the same services listed. Also I have seen many other sites with similar content who use ccbill as a payment processor. I'm stumped as to why these sites have had no problems yet we have been turned down.

Comment: I could not locate any information on pricing or what, specifically, will be available in the members area.

I haven't yet uploaded the 'pre members section' page that explains the pricing and what will be available as it linked directly to the members section and i didn't want the members section to be directly available to the public before it was protected. Any ideas how to get around this as the main part of the site is already live and I don't want people having access to the members section until i have a payment processing company sorted.

AUP definitions

Prostitution
Any and all sites running and/or participating and/or advertising the direct solicitation of sexual acts

Again, her old site makes reference to all of these things, in more detail than the new site, yet that has had an account with ccbill for 18 months with no problems. The only problem they had with the old site was that the rates had to be removed. I made sure that I didn't list the rates directly on the new site but linked to another site that listed them. Also, I can't find anything that mentions 'Prostitution' in ccbills terms and conditions.

Website Incomplete
In order for your site to be compliant with our AUP the homepage/tour and members area must be fully functional and web viewable. In addition, the site must be ready to go live immediately upon activation.

Again, i held back the page that linked to the members section as I didn't want it to be viewable by the public until it was protected. I have the page designed and ready to go but was just waiting for ccbill to give the thumbs up before i uploaded it. There is another page in it's place for now which states that the members section will be open soon.

I'm completely stumped as to why they have a problem with my site when her other site (and many similar sites) are running with no problems.

If anyone has any ideas on what I can do to get back on track it would be most appreciated.

Also, can i reapply to ccbill or will they just not accept any future applications? If i can reapply, do i have to go through the whole signing up process again or can I just adjust things and ask them to reconsider my original application.

Would it be an idea to design a whole new members site and put it on a different domain and just link to it from the main site?

Many thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give me.

Take care,
