Free Site Navigation - would you have a prob with this

Just made these up and would like link site owners to take a look at the navigation which is at the bottom of the pages.

Would you have a prob with that - and if so, why!

im not a linklist owner (anymore) but i doubt these would get listed because at 1024x768 you have to scroll down a bit to even see your gallery links. but then again im dont run a ll so i wouldnt know the specifics of your chances in getting it listed.

Yeah, the gallery links are half way down the main page inside the site - it's the index page navigation I'm looking for feedback on

Not having a clear cut enter did confuse me at 1st.

I'd get rid of the gallery 1 & 2 links on the index page & get rid of the main page link on the main page.

Yeah |goodidea that main page link doesn't need to be there, that will come off!

Any particular reason why you don't like the gallery links on the index. I was thinking there is a good chance that the surfer will bypass the main page, and go straight to the first gallery, and the 2nd, then the main page, if I he hasn't clicked on the sponsor link yet. The idea of putting them there by the way was just to get them spidered quickly :-)

Hey there

just a thought - the spidering should be the same as long as the follow is in the metas - but from a sales point of view Ive got to think that anything that lets a surfer avoid the sales pitch on the main page is losing sales

Basically, this layout sort of short circuits your site... now you have warning / gallery, nothing else. The main page is optional, and won't be viewed by as many people.

The design of the index page also is a little dense, and makes me feel more "FPA" than warning page. You don't have a clear cut entry into your site, so you may get a bunch of rejections for "no warning page". Plus you will still have to add in return links and all, which will make this a very long page.

I also see 5 different links offs to sponsor stuff / outside pages... hiding links in your USC thing is sort of weird, but whatever... ;-)

Once that main page gets spidered, I'll have traffic land right on it - and that's what's it there for - but you're right, some will skip it from the index, but if I can get them off to the sponsor after the 1st page they visit, I won't mind... lol But when I made them, I was thinking about other traffic sources, other than link list traffic coming in just through that index page

Yeah, not dense, there is a fair bit of text on there but it is broken up into readable chunks with keywords bolded, and when the recips are up, it won't make the page to long, it'll just slow them down a tad ;-)
As for the link on the index to the main page - I'll have to re-word that to make it clearer for the link lists.

hiding links in your USC thing is sort of weird, but whatever... ;-)

You have two keyworded links to other sites inside your USC 18 warning area. It's interesting, but I would still count them as links off the page to sponsors.

Really, your index page looks like a main page should, not like an index page... the lack of a clear single enter is a real issue that will get you refused in some places...

Ahhh I get you, when you said hiding, it threw me a bit. There is a link to my link site, and a link to the root of the domain in that footer - not sure how you could count them as links to sponsors, but there you go!

As for the clear cut entrance, will have to adjust that I guess.
