He was a sperm donor though. A lesbian couple went to the sperm bank, purchase his boys. It wasn't an accident and they knew what they were doing.

Why is it that a woman can disassociate herself from a child (through abortion or adoption) but a man is never given this opportunity?

How many of you are anti-abortion or anti woman’s choice?

We all harp about a woman’s right to choice but we give little consideration to a man’s right to choice – in fact, he has none.

I’m a huge supporter of father’s rights and I’m sure as hell not a dead-beat-dad. In fact I hate dead-beat-dads, but the statement "If you make them you pay for them" is way too simplistic.

How many of us have been lied to about the method or level of birth control our partner in on? (this can go both ways)?

How often does a couple make a decision to have no children only to have that mutual decision overturned by the woman when she suddenly finds herself pregnant? Leaving the man with no right of appeal?

If the situation in this story is accurate, then the man in this story is being fucked over by the courts and the parent(s) of choice are being wrongly relieved of their duties as parents.

Again – you all demand the right for a woman to choose – how big a hypocrite are you really?

OMG.......Sorry but I have no sympathy for the man who donated his sperm. He did this with out any legal backup, nothing to protect himself what the hell was he thinking? Come on that was dumb on his part.

It is as simple as you make them you pay for them. Because of the fact that you pointed out. You don't have much of a right of appeal once the women is pregnant.

I suppose I'm lucky in regards to child support. My cheating slut exwife agreed to full joint custody even though she has physical custody and even told the judge she didnt want child support since we would have the kids equal time. I suppose she felt guilty for her actions that caused the divorce in the first place.

My ex just now messaged me about meeting her at her house, I suppose she wants another peice of this, haha. We had been seeing each other every now and then still, even after she moved out and the divorce was final, but last week she started talking to the guy she cheated on me with, and I told her I was done fucking her forever if she is going to even talk to that bastard again. I agree with Sue that the guy in question is a dummy. He may have thought that he was doing a favor for friends, but let's face it, donating baby batter isn't like letting someone borrow your blender. One really should cover thine ass(ets) in such a situation.

I don't think that it's fair though that he has to pay for a kid that was never intended to be his, which makes me wonder about the back story. He was, at the time of the donation, in a relationship with a sterile woman. Perhaps part of his motivation was to be a part-time parent to the child. I'm only hypothesizing.

I can only say this: if a lesbian couple ever asked me for my sperm (which is far from ever being a reality) I'd demand to have sex with the more attractive of the two, even if she wasn't the one who intended on being impregnated. The other could lay next to us naked, lubed, and spread eagle. When I was close to ejaculation, I'd simply slide over and, um, donate.
